Class Description:      

The Dance Workout is a fun, high energy, cardio & strength training workout. It combines a variety of fitness & dance styles from Latin, Hip Hop, and a variety of Cultural Dance & everything in between. Get hip and fit and rock out to this total body workout.  The class begins with a traditional ballet barre & dance technique center warm up. The second half of the class heats up with the Sassy Jazzy Hip section. The first half of the class focuses more on dance techinque and toning. This portion of the class is perfect for former dancers looking to stay fit and sharpen their dance skills. The second segment is cardio based and is for those that just want to get moving, no prior dance training is necessary. This class can be taken as a single or double class set. Ask for more info.

Pricing:            $150  for session for full 1.5 hour class   |   $90 for session for 45 min segment
